This Privacy Policy explains how Jesenia Morales ("I," "me," or "my") collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you visit JeseniaMorales.com (the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.

  • Scheduling (TidyCal). When you book a call, you are redirected to TidyCal's platform, which collects your name, email address, and any additional information required to schedule the appointment. TidyCal is a third-party service operated by AppSumo/TidyCal. Their collection and use of your data is governed by TidyCal's own Privacy Policy at tidycal.com/privacy-policy.

2. Information Collected Automatically

When you visit my website, I automatically collect certain information through:

  • IP address

  • Browser type and version

  • Operating system

  • Device type and screen resolution

  • Pages visited, referring/exit pages, and date/time of visit

  • Click-stream data and session activity

This data is collected through cookies and similar technologies. See Section 5 (Cookies) for details.

3. How I Use Your Information

I use the information collected to:

  • Respond to your contact form inquiries

  • Send you email content you subscribed to

  • Facilitate scheduling through TidyCal

  • Understand how visitors use the Site (via analytics)

  • Email marketing platform. The platform I use to send email content processes your name and email address to deliver the emails you subscribed to. You can unsubscribe at any time.

This Site uses cookies. Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website.

  • Essential cookies. Required for the Site to function. These are placed automatically and cannot be disabled without breaking site functionality.
